1 medium Onion 1 medium Green Pepper 1 lb Chopped Beef Salt, Pepper, Paprika to taste |
2 cups Tomato Sauce
1 can Red Kidney Beans (16-20 oz) 1 tbs Chili Powder 1 tbs Sugar |
Preparation |

Heat Butter. Add Chopped Onion and Green Pepper, Cook 2 to 5 minutes or until soft. Add Ground Beef, Cook and Stir for 5 minutes or until beef browns slightly. Add 1 can Kidney Beans. Add 1 can Tomato Sauce. Add Chili Powder and Sugar. Simmer for 1 to 1.5 hour(s). Season with Salt, Pepper and Paprika during cooking. |
